Reconciliation Ministries begin with a message: "For God was pleased...through Him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven." A ministry of reconciliation has this message as its center. But it is more. In the midst of a conflicted world, a ministry of reconciliation offers hope of a new creation where justice and peace embrace. The National Ministries' Office of Reconciliation Ministries provides resources to equip churches and individuals to be a "mediating presence" in the midst of community conflicts, especially conflicts that involve ethnic or cultural differences.
