Not Your Average Internship
As an organization committed to the future of the LGBTQ+ movement we know that investing in our future and future leaders is critical. This is no ordinary internship. You don’t get coffee for anyone, you don’t make copies all day, and you have contribute in meaningful ways to the impact and future of our programs.
The leadership development model involved in our internship program puts a serious investment in you, your strengths, and your growth. You will receive supervision. You will be given opportunities to contribute or create projects. You will be on committees and attend board meetings.

We accept interns all year long and generally break out cohorts into a summer group, a fall group, and a spring group. Many people do a fall/spring internship or a year long internship.
Interns will have opportunities to be paid for their time.
