Christopher is a senior attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP where he has a diverse creditors’ rights-based practice focusing on commercial workouts for institutional lenders and national businesses and lender liability defense. He also advises clients on compliance issues and programs associated with consumer bankruptcy and consumer protection laws. Christopher has extensive experience representing clients in distressed loan workouts, forbearances, restructurings, commercial and residential foreclosures, UCC foreclosure sales, distressed portfolio and asset sales, property disposition, creditors’ rights and insolvency, origination of commercial real estate loans, asset-based and structured-based finance, note and mortgage sales and other issues surrounding OREOs. Christopher came to Greater Boston PFLAG in an effort to further its mission in creating a world where diversity is celebrated and all people are respected, valued and affirmed. Christopher lives in Durham, New Hampshire and is an outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys beekeeping, gardening, taking care of his four dogs and playing football and hockey.
