Ani is an associate in the real estate and leasing group with Goulston & Storrs P.C. She is experienced in all matters of leasing, acquisition, sale, financing and assessment of environmental issues affecting real property. Ani is also a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional, and has experience assisting clients on leasing and financing matters related to solar development projects. Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Ani practiced law at Mintz Levin and Sherin and Lodgen. During law school she worked with the appellate division of the Department of Justice at the US Attorney’s Office and also with the Political Asylum Immigration Representation Project. She represents clients seeking asylum from the federal government on a pro bono basis, and serves as co-chair to the Boston Bar Association’s asylum committee. She has been named one of the Armenian Bar Association’s “20 Rising Stars Under 40”, and a Massachusetts Super Lawyers: Rising Star – Real Estate since 2012. Ani lives in the Seaport District of Boston, and enjoys hiking, travel, art and music in her spare time.
