Ron works as a university administrator at Bentley University and is currently the Director of Student Systems. For the last ten years he has been the staff advisor to PRIDE (People Respecting Individuality and Diversity through Education), a student organization which provides support and social activities for Bentley’s LGBTQ and Ally community. He co-chairs the faculty and staff LGBTQ@Bentley Steering Committee and collaborates with his colleagues to promote campus educational and awareness programs such as the Annual Day of Silence, Student Ally Trainings, Annual Rainbow Luncheon and LGBTQ affinity alumni networking events. In the spring of 2013 Ron was appointed to the board of directors of Greater Boston PFLAG (GBPFLAG) and is member of the executive committee, chairing the communications and technology committee and in July 2014, Ron was elected board chair. Ron holds a Bachelor’s degree in international culture and economy, and an MBA from Bentley University.
